Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

How to Return an Item

Return by Mail (Prepaid Label)
The easiest way to return your item is using our prepaid return portal. To initiate a return, please visit our online portal at https://dressshopshop.com. You will be able to print a prepaid shipping label and packing slip. Please enclose the packing slip with your return and drop the package at any authorized shipping location.

Return by Mail (At Your Cost)
You may also return items by mail at your own cost. Please ship your unworn, tagged merchandise with the original packing slip to our Returns Center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. For your return address and to ensure proper processing, please always generate a return authorization through our online portal at https://dressshopshop.com.

What Items Are Final Sale?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance merchandise, including items purchased at a final sale price.
  • Swimwear and bodysuits (if the hygiene strip has been removed).
  • Accessories, including jewelry, belts, and handbags.
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product detail page or receipt.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear and bodysuits must have the original hygiene strip intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email.
  • Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within a certain amount of days after the return is accepted.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns that are not using our prepaid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless you are using the provided prepaid label.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a new size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website at https://dressshopshop.com.

Return Not Received
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund. Please do not return damaged or defective items without first contacting us.

International Returns
We are unable to process returns for international orders at this time. All international sales are final.

Return Policy for In-Store Purchases
This policy applies to items purchased online. For returns of items purchased in a physical store location, please return them to any store. Please note that a receipt or proof of purchase is required for all in-store returns.
